The featured Dish of the week is the Hamachi appetizer at a Japanese inspired diner, Wabi House. This restaurant is a cozy yet sophisticated spot for some of the best Asian cuisine you will have.

Hamachi is the Japanese name for Pacific yellow tail. The chefs season the fish with rayu a Japanese chili oil, mustard vinaigrette, cilantro, scallion, sesame.
